BUTUAN CITY—In his message, Department of Agriculture (DA) – Caraga Regional Executive Director Arlan M. Mangelen echoes the agency’s role in further improving food security for the country through the Mindanao Inclusive Agriculture Development Project (MIADP).
“The DA, through MIADP, is very eager to deliver sustainable interventions for the Indigenous Cultural Communities, however in order to achieve these goals, we need the LGUs full collaboration and support to fast-track project implementation,” said RED Mangelen during the training on Concept Note formulation of MIADP subprojects.
RED Mangelen further emphasized the importance of delivering government projects as quickly as possible in order to alleviate economic hardships among marginalized groups, especially in the Caraga region.
