Concepcion Betaizar (legal officer), collaborates with MIADP personnel from the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM), led by Deputy Project Director Tong Pinguiaman, engaged in a strategic dialogue with Basilan Province Governor Jim S. Hataman Salliman on November 23, 2023, at the Governor’s Office in Basilan. They discussed and explored collaborative avenues cultivating inclusive agriculture tailored to the unique needs of the Sama Bangingi community on Pilas Island.
