MIADP Component 2 Coordination Meeting Charts Path For Agricultural Resilience

DAVAO CITY – The Mindanao Inclusive Agriculture Development Project (MIADP) achieved a significant milestone in optimizing collaborative efforts by hosting the Component 2 Project Support Office (PSO)-Regional Project Coordinating Offices (RPCOs) Coordination Meeting at the Apo View Hotel from November 22 to 24, 2023.

Representatives from RPCOs in Regions 9-13 and the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) gathered for an insightful orientation on MIADP. They explored the details of Component 2 using the Operations Manual and went through the rules and procedures that will guide the implementation of Resilient Ancestral Domain Agri-Fisheries Infrastructure projects. The goal was to ensure that everyone involved understands how the project works.

The gathering placed a spotlight on the Project Development Process of Component 2, ensuring that technical personnel acquired a comprehensive grasp of the initiative. Led by Component 2 Head Engineer Ma. Fe P. Gabunales, detailed discussions provided a forum for participants to get on the same page about the project’s complex aspects.
