The AD Volunteers, guided by Marie Lyn Cayunda, DMO Officer II MIADP RPCO XI, participated in a symbolic signing of the Pledge of Commitment. This act signified their dedication to fulfilling their roles as AD Volunteers and contributing to the sustainable development of their ancestral domains.
Finally, Engr. Raymond A. Cogay, Supervising Administrative Officer, PAGRO/Alternative LMPIU Head, delivered a closing message, reiterating the importance of the AD Volunteers’ role in safeguarding and promoting the well-being of their communities.

The participants expressed positive feedback regarding the MIADP project. Many of them were thankful for it as they highlighted its potential for economic impact. One Tribal Datu, while acknowledging their extensive experience in planning at a local level, expressed appreciation for the project’s broader scope and the opportunity for collaboration. Following the workshop and training sessions, participants demonstrated a heightened understanding of the ADAIF process flow and the crucial role of data in its success.
“The event provided a valuable platform for building capacity, strengthening partnerships, and fostering a sense of ownership among the AD Volunteers. The participants left the venue with a renewed sense of purpose and a clear understanding of their roles in the AD management and development process”, ends Maglunsod.
ADAIF is a document crafted by the members of the IPO partners to be inserted in the tribe’s Ancestral Domain Sustainable Development and Protection Plan (ADSPP) where investment can be poured into from the local government units and interested investors.
The one-day orientation forms part of the participation and inclusion process as part of its formulation. The first
