The sessions included a series of presentations addressing the project process flow and the interactions among various Components. The discussions also covered the Capacity Development Plan and MIADP’s Strategic Directions. Component 1 provided a detailed presentation of its accomplishments, updates, challenges, and strategies for CY 2023-2024.
As the event progresses, it continues to function as a key platform for aligning strategies and enhancing partnerships between the PSO and RPCOs. Key updates on Infrastructure and Enterprise projects, along with MIADP targets for 2023-2024, are currently under assessment at the ongoing PSO-RPCO Coordination Meeting.
