LGU partners undergo training on Concept Note formulation

In the pursuit of capacitating Local Government Units, the Mindanao Inclusive Agriculture Development Project (MIADP) – Caraga spearheads training on technical documents preparation, starting Wednesday, February 26 to 28 in Butuan City.

Together with the Project Support Office (PSO), Regional Project Coordination Office (RPCO) 13, and Local Project Management and Implementing Units (LPMIU) of the provinces of Surigao del Norte, Surigao del Sur, and Agusan del Norte.

MIADP PSO AD-Plan head Joy D. Grecia opened the session with an emphasis on the purpose of the session, “We should take this [MIADP] as our legacy to extend government projects to our Indigenous brothers and sisters,” Grecia then sparked the session with an overview on Concept Note writing.

The training aims to capacitate local government partners in formulating proposals for the subprojects geared towards developing ancestral domains enrolled in MIADP.
